The challenge

The story

USystems design and manufacture data centre cooling solutions and containment systems - basically, they're the people making sure those massive server farms don't melt down. Founded back in 2003 and now part of Legrand, their mission is all about making data centres more efficient and sustainable, cutting down energy consumption and carbon footprints. But here's the thing - they knew what they were doing technically, they just needed help figuring out how to tell that story strategically.

That's where we came in. We're now into year two with the USystems team, and honestly, we've all become bit of data centre nerds in the process. Our team had to get their heads around a pretty technical world, but that's what makes everything we create hit different now. From their exhibition stands to their LinkedIn posts, it's not just pretty content - it's stuff that actually means something to their audience. Every touchpoint now feels like USystems, whether someone meets them at a trade show or stumbles across their social media.
