The challenge was to increase the overall brand exposure on JO Hambro's social channels whilst increasing the profile of the Internal Fund Managers.
There was also a need to create a desire and appeal to attract future employees and industry talent.

The story

Tom from J O Hambro approached us with a need to add additional support to his Marketing team. This would be to assist them with social media support and adhoc graphic design. We started with a Social Media Strategy Workshop for J O Hambro and have focussed on their company LinkedIn page and additional design services. This process has also led to hosting a personal branding workshop to help the wider team leverage their own profiles online.

The result

The team are delighted with the increase in their social media brand awareness. Now the brand has a consistent presence across their social channels the wider business has participated in workshops on getting the most out of their personal branding.
