The Impact Accelerator team was delivering some fantastic work helping trusts within the NHS streamline their processes with emerging technology, but their brand didn’t match. No marketing plan, no literature or digital assets to showcase their work, and a brand that was being easily swallowed up by the overarching NHS brand.

The story

The Impact Accelerator team have been making a name for themselves in the healthcare space as they work on streamlining processes within NHS trusts to improve patient waiting lists, speed of appointment bookings, and onboarding for NHS staff…

But they had big growth plans and no marketing strategy to help them get there. After initial conversations, we helped the team build a marketing strategy around their goals, and we quickly realised that something wasn’t matching the calibre of work they were doing in the market.

Their brand. Swallowed by the NHS branding, The Impact Accelerator didn’t have an identity of its own, which we quickly established was needed if they were to break into some of the markets that they were striving for. So we got to it and looked at how we could give this innovative tech team a brand that worked for their affiliation with the NHS, but also stood its ground when pitching into other sectors.

The result

The Impact Accelerator now has a strong brand that stands out in both the healthcare sector and broader markets. A huge step in the right direction as they start to roll out their growth plans.
