We use a project brief form that we’ll share with you. You fill all the deadlines in - objectives, placement, details, deadlines etc and we’ll get to it.
Absolutely. We can work within your current brand standards, or if they need updating, we can help with that too. It’s our job to let you know if we think things could be looking a little sharper.
We can add extra hours at our standard hourly rate, or we can look at upgrading your retainer package for the following month. We're pretty flexible about this stuff.
We prefer 12-month commitments because it allows us to really get to know your brand and work more efficiently. However, we can discuss options if your business has genuine seasonal fluctuations.
Pretty much everything - brand materials, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, web graphics, email templates, exhibition materials, and more. If it's design-related, we can help.
For smaller items like social posts or simple flyers, usually 24-48 hours. Bigger projects like brochures or campaign materials depend on volume of work. We'll always give you realistic timelines upfront.
Unused hours roll over for up to 2 months, so you're not losing anything. This also means you can bank hours for those busy periods when you need extra design support.
Most of our clients start with 10-15 hours per month, but it really depends on your marketing activity. A business running regular campaigns might need 20-25 hours, while others doing basic brand maintenance might only need 8-10. We can always adjust as we go.
Absolutely. We can work within your current brand standards and visual identity. If your guidelines need updating for video, we can help with that too.
