I find it crazy that we spend an average of 145 minutes per day on social media. 🤯

Do you take advantage of this or does your business treat social media like a hobby that is picked up and quickly dropped?

Do you put some effort in and then struggle with consistency?

It can be really disheartening at times! We've all been there at some point.

I get it. It's hard to maintain.

But social media should be an essential part of your digital marketing strategy. It shouldn't be ignored.

But how do you know when you need help?

You are struggling to prioritise social media.

You know you need to be using social media more to get your brand out there but life is 100 miles an hour and it keeps slipping down the priority list.

Between finding the time and trying to find your confidence to get going, you procrastinate and hope it will go away.

Sorry to say - it won't.

You're unsure how to measure and benchmark your platforms. (That's if you know at all)

You want to elevate your brand and attract more of the right people towards you, but in reality, you aren't sure how to assess whether your content is working or not.

You've heard people talking about vanity metrics but if honest, you don't know what they are.

You haven't got a clue which social channels work best for your audience.

LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter... It's a minefield.

You know who you need to be talking to but you aren't sure which platforms they use the most.

You find it hard to be consistent on your channels.

You keep starting and then you lose your momentum.

You have a week or two where you show up and then a busy week in the business brings you to a grinding halt.

You need to find a process and a rhythm for showing up consistently.

Your marketing team put social media on the back burner for other marketing efforts.

Chances are if you aren't sure what you want to stand for on social media, your marketing team will be confused too.

The team is small and resource is stretched. Social Media is being left behind as it's not the area of expertise in your team.

Are you or your team struggling with any of these?

Are some of these challenges ringing true for you?

It might be time to hire a social media exec, outsource to an agency, or maybe you just need a solid plan of action to get you going.
